Francis Bailly
Senior Business Executive, Vice President European Affairs of GE
Francis Bailly has been National Executive for France from June 2002 to September 2006 ,and General Manager Global Accounts Europe from September 2006 until May 2008 when he is named Director European Affairs
Francis joined GE Plastics Europe in 1976 as Market Specialist for Lexan. In 1979 He is named Mgr of the Technical Center in Evry (France) then CEO of GE Plastics France en 1981.
In 1988 he joins GE Medical Systems Europe as Vice-President Sales & Service for France, subsequently named : Vice-President Sales Europe (1992) and in 1995, Vice-President Marketing Europe. En 2000, he becomes General Manager for « Global Funding Operations ».
Francis Bailly is a graduate in Economy , completed by the Executive Programs of INSEAD and CPA International.
In january 2005, he was elected Président of Am Cham France
By ministerial decree of 20/09/2006 he is named Advisor for France Foreign Trade
Francis Bailly is a knight of the Légion d’Honneur.
In 2000, he becomes General Manager for Global Funding Operations. He is a graduate in Economy, completed by the Executive Programs of INSEAD and CPA International. In january 2005, he was elected President of Am Cham France. By ministerial decree of 20/09/2006, he is named Advisor for France Foreign Trade. He is a knight of the Légion d’Honneur.
