James Close works extensively with Government and leads our work with the UK regional development agencies, the Department for Business and the Department for Energy and Climate Change. He was responsible for producing our report on the potential for comparative advantage for the UK from green business for the Department of Business and the prospectus for London as the low carbon capital for the Greater London Authority and the London Development Agency. He has also worked on transport related transactions including the London Underground Public Private Partnership when he was at the UK Treasury as head of corporate and private finance.
