Prof. Dr DA Jianwen, Professor, PhD., is Deputy to the National People’s Congress since 2003, Political Consultative Committee Member of CPPCC Shandong Committee, Deputy-Chairman of CPPCC Zibo Committee. He is also Director of Research Institute of Qilu Company, SINOPEC since 2008. Prof. Dr DA has being engaged in R&D of petroleum refining and petrochemical processes and catalyst, has published more than 70 scientific and engineering papers domestic and abroad, applied more than 20 patents in China, USA, Canada.
