Andy Montgomery is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of “Western Community Bancshares, Inc.” and its subsidiaries, El Paseo Bank in California and Frontier Bank in Utah. Originally founded in 1998, “Western Community Bancshares, Inc.” has more than $300 million in assets in 5 branch offices.
Prior to founding the bank, Mr. Montgomery enjoyed a career in commercial banking serving as a Vice President for both Wells Fargo and Imperial Bank. He began his career with Braun and Company, a political and financial consulting company.
Mr. Montgomery is active in a number of community non-profit organizations. He currently serves as a board member of the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Desert, the Community Blood Bank and the Southwestern Growers Committee to benefit the Boys and Girls Club. He has previously served on the board of Martha’s Village and Kitchen and as President of the Indian Wells Rotary Club.
Mr. Montgomery is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He resides in Indian Wells, California with his wife Molly and their three children. He is 42 years old.
