Guillaume Poitrinal
CEO & Chairman of the Management Board, Unibail-Rodamco Group
Guillaume Poitrinal is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of Unibail- Rodamco.
Aged 41 and a father of three, Guillaume Poitrinal joined Unibail in 1995 as a Project Manager in the office of the Chief Executive. Successive promotions saw him appointed Head of Corporate Development and Planning, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President in charge of Finance and the Office Division, and Managing Director in charge of all Divisions and of Finance.
In April 2005, he became Chief Executive Officer of the Group and, in June 2006, he was also named Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In July 2007, after Unibail’s successful takeover of Rodamco, its Dutch equivalent, Guillaume Poitrinal became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of Unibail-Rodamco.
Before joining Unibail, Guillaume Poitrinal spent three years in the mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance departments of Morgan Stanley in London and then in Paris.
He is a graduate of HEC Business School.
